DC-DC Converters

Most Power Integrations drivers are equipped with integrated DC/DC converters (power supplies). However, to complement 3.5 and 6.5kV drivers that do not have electrically isolated power supplies, Power Integrations offers ISO5125I DC/DC converters developed for the purpose.

SIT12xxI is a DC/DC transformer that delivers a secondary-side voltage of 25 V to support SCALE-iDriver gate driver ICs. SIT12xxI transformers are available with different winding ratios to accommodate a primary-side supply voltage of either 5 V or 15 V.
